• Within 5 Days: If you request a refund within 5 days of subscribing and have not used any premium features, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Technical Issues: If technical problems hinder your access to premium features, you may request a refund within 15 days of subscribing. Our team will review and verify the issue before processing the refund.
