1.2 Subscription Plans
Refunds for subscription plans are subject to the following conditions:
- Within 5 Days: If you request a refund within 5 days of subscribing and have not used any premium features, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If technical problems hinder your access to premium features, you may request a refund within 15 days of subscribing. Our team will review and verify the issue before processing the refund.
2. Refund Process

2.2 Our support team will review your request and may require additional information to process the refund.
2.3 If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Items
3.1 Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Courses where more than 10% of the content has been accessed or completed.
- Courses when a certificate has been generated.
- Subscription plans where premium features have been used during the applicable refund period.
